Rider
HOSPITALITY
1. RIDER:
It is agreed and understood that the PROMOTER will provide the following rider in full at no cost to the ARTIST. These additional clauses, rider and attached contract form an integral part of the agreement. Failure to sign and return with contract may render this contract null and void. All amendments to this contract must be negotiated with MelvynBoaz prior to signature.
2. PRESENTATION:
The ARTIST has sole and exclusive control over the presentation and performance of the engagement hereunder.
3. ACCESS & EQUIPMENT:
The PROMOTER agrees to provide at least ONE (1) sober able-bodied person to assist the ARTIST with the get-in and get-out of the ARTISTʼ s equipment in accordance with the running times stated in the schedule.
4. CATERING / DRESSING ROOM REQUIREMENTS:
The PROMOTER agrees provide at their own expense onz (2) hot, substantial, nutritious meals comprising at least TWO (2) courses to be served at the discretion of the ARTIST. Alternatively, the PROMOTER agrees to pay GBP £20 buyout per person per day.

TECHNICAL RIDER:
PA:
The PROMOTER agrees to provide and pay for a first class PA system for this engagement at no cost to the ARTIST. All necessary crew and operators are to be in attendance throughout the entire duration of the ARTISTʼ s performance. The PA should have powerful bass and produce 10-12 watts per person and should be adequate to the size and capacity of the club or festival.
LIGHTS:
A professional lighting system adequate to the size and style of the venue and stage is required. The DJ booth needs to be equipped with proper working light both near to the turntables and in the area where record boxes are placed.
MONITORING:
2 x 40 Watt wedges, with suitable amplification, are to be provided and must be operable from the DJ mixer. The wedges should be installed on stands at head height to the left and right of the DJ mixer.
STAGE / DJ BOOTH SET-UP:
The table where the CDJ and Mixer are set must be at a height between 110 and 140 centimeters from the ground.
THE PROMOTER AGREES TO PROVIDE FOR THE FOLLOWING TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT AT NO COST TO THE ARTIST:
- 1 X SUITABLE QUALITY MIXER (PIONEER -PIONEER DJV10 OR DJM900)
- 3 X PIONEER LINKED CDJ 3000’S (IF UNABLE TO SOURCE, YOU MUST NOTIFY THE AGENT OR ARTIST AT LEAST 1 WEEK PRIOR TO THE PERFORMANCE), USB SYSTEM AND LINK NEED TO BE CHECKED PRIOR THE GIG.
